Safety Information
- Do not fill over 300ml at any time.
- Do not switch on the device when the tank is empty.
- Do not touch the ultrasonic vibration plate.
- Clean regularly as per the Maintenance instructions below to avoid any damage.
- Always unplug the diffuser from the power supply before maintenance. Never move the product while it is being used.
- Essential oils can stain. In the event of spillage, please wipe away with a soft cloth.
- Before replacing another essential oil, follow the maintenance steps to clean up the product.
- Always keep it on a stable flat surface and do not place it on the carpet, duvet, or other unstable areas.
- Keep away from direct sunshine and electronic equipment, such as TV and Audio equipment.
- Do not use the product continuously without interruption after the product powers off automatically. Kindly wait for 60 minutes before restarting to avoid any damage to the ultrasonic plate. If any smoke or burning smell is detected, unplug immediately.
- Use tap water only and do not use mineral water, sparkling water, etc. The amount and intensity of mist produced will vary, but this is not unusual and should not be considered as a fault. Factors that affect this include water type, humidity or temperature.
- Do not let your child play with this diffuser. Serious injury and electric shock might take place.
Features
Introduction to Parts
The diffuser uses ultrasonic waves to instantly vaporize water and the essential oil in the tank to produce a cool and dry fragrant mist.
Operations
- Put the product on a flat surface and remove the upper lid.
- Add water (do not use water above 40°C or 104°F) to the water tank with a measuring cup. Ensure that the water does not exceed 300ml. Do not add water when the diffuser is already in use. Add 2 or 3 drops of essential oil per 100ml of water.
- Connect the AC adapter to the DC socket.
- Put the upper lid vertically after adding water and essential oil.
- Please connect the AC adapter to the power supply.
- Press”LIGHT” to turn on the light. Adjust the colors of the light accordingly.
- Press the”MIST” button to turn the mist mode on. Press it more times to set the desired duration (1 H/3H/6H/ON continuous spraying). If you want to turn the mist off, please press the”MIST” button 5 times from 1 H/3H/6H/ON to no mist.
Important Note:
- If you do not use it for a long time, please pour out the remaining water and keep it well.
- If there’s a lack of water in the tank, the diffuser will automatically turn off. Mist and light functions will switch off automatically when water runs out.
Maintenance
After using 5-6 times or 2-3 days, please clean the product as follows:
- Unplug the unit from the main supply and remove the cover.
- Unplug the power cord from the base unit.
- Pour out any remaining water from the tank.
- Put 1 tablespoon of citric acid in the water tank and add just under 300 ml of warm water (up to 70 •c or 158°F)
- Leave for 5 minutes and then drain the solution from the tank.
- Wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid the ultrasonic vibration plate, which can be gently cleaned with a cotton bud.
- Never use other acids, enzymes, or detergents, as this may risk poisonous gases to be created or cause a malfunction.
Accidental Leakage
In the event of the unit being knocked over or tipped during use, please follow the steps below to avoid any malfunction.
- Unplug the unit and remove the cover.
- Pour out any remaining water from the water tank.
- Shake the unit gently to drain any water inside the device, and then allow drying for at least 24 hours.
Troubleshooting
The product will not switch on or off
Is there enough water in the tank? If not, then
- Please add water to the tank
Is the power cord connected properly?
- Please disconnect, check cables, and reconnect carefully.
No mist or abnormal mist
Not enough water? Or too much water?
- Please add a suitable amount of water to the tank. The water must never be filled over 300ML.
Dirt on the ultrasonic plate?
- Please refer to the maintenance instructions to remove and reinstall correctly, so vapors can be released freely.
Dirt on the air suction port on the underside of the base?
- If there is too much dust in the air suction port, the mist will be restricted from coming out. Just clean it.
Water leakage from the product
The cover and inner cover are not installed properly?
- Remove and reinstall correctly, so vapors can be released freely.
Low temperature or high humidity?
- Under these conditions, the mist may condense quickly into water droplets.
